Link List Submitting

How do I use this tool?
Select one of the link lists on the left by clicking on them (they will open on this frame, don't click on them 'till you have read all information on this page), and fill in the form that is all you will have to do. After you have submitted your freesite to the link lists you can check the check box beside the link just to mark it up, as you have already submitted to that link list!
